The brain of our Washer Extractors is the intelligent Computer Controller which allows complete control of every conditional aspect of the wash process. The interactive display has user friendly interface with easy-to-understand operational icons that indicate cycle and programming status and the control can be programmed manually or automatically. With 30 programs, users can control water temperature, wash rotation speed and duration, multiple water levels, bath cool-down and extract speeds.
All our washer extractors are manufactured in stainless steel body & inner drum, which besides an elegant look provides better quality and increased resistance to the external agents, lengthening the machine life and avoiding corrosion problems.
Variable Frequency Drive or Inverter can constantly audit current required for varying loads and automatically reduce the voltage for significant energy savings when equipment is less than fully loaded. Four kinds of speeds in washing can be obtained such as washing, distributing, middle-speed and high-speed extracting can be obtained. A simple single motor inverter drive reaches maximum extraction speed more gradually and efficiently, reducing peak electricity.
The drum is designed to maximise the washing quality with the shortest cycle time possible. The small perforations in the ribs of the drum enables the water to have cascade effect on the load. This process increases the mechanical action inside the drum during the washing cycle and so reduces the usage of water. The drum and tub’s efficient design reduces the energy consumption to heat up the water, as well as the overuse of chemicals and water.
United Machines® Washer Extractors provide high G-Force extraction that ensures high water removal capacity. Less water in the garments when the cycle is complete means less time and energy needed in the drying and finishing process. The higher the G- Force during the extraction, the lower the water retention of the fabrics being processed; hence we have designed for High G- Force resulting to reduce the drying cycle and ironing time thus saving power & steam consumption by 35 to 40%.
A hot and cold-water mixer that achieves a precise temperature with the programmed water level, thereby saving energy and reducing the time of the wash cycle.

Our Washer Extractors developed keeping in mind to reduce the energy in each cycle of processing. They are designed to reduce substantial amount of electricity & steam thus saving the laundry cost.
Detergent dosing box consists of 4 removable cups filled with different detergents box, five groups of auto control water spraying magnetic valves. Operator may put into different washing agents before starting washing cycle. The agent will be filled into the machine in accordance with the pre-set program. Detergents are always diluted in a collector before being introduced into the washer drum, avoiding direct contact with laundry. External automatic dosing system can also be added for better efficiency.
Our Washer Extractor is equipped with a safe and reliable locking system. The door opening lever is locked by a pneumatic device. There is an on-line over travel limit switch. In case that the loading door is not closed completely, the machine won’t run. The washer extractor is only active if a closed door and locked door signal have been validated. This ensures the safety of the operator.
